We offer four contractual options to fit your organization's needs
Prime Contractor
As a formally registered Mexican corporation (Sociedad Civil), KEMA Associates can bid on a wide range of RFPs with proposals to carry out entire projects. We are responsible for the design and implementation of multi-year initiatives and the achievement of results.
Role. Our project designs define goals, objectives and expected outcomes. They describe data collection, performance indicators, and required outputs, as well as a timeline with clear schedules and deadlines.
Accountability.We are directly accountable to the contracting organization, typically a development assistance fund, a governmental agency or a private firm.
Subcontractor
For some large-scale projects, KEMA Associates can partner with Prime Contractors to design and implement specific components.
Role.We manage a specific technical component or a set of sub-objectives, including project design and monitoring systems. Our commitment includes the production and delivery of tangible outputs, as determined by the contracting organization.
Accountability. As a subcontractor, we are directly accountable to the Prime Contractor.
Specific & Ad Hoc Deliverables
We assist Prime Contractors on existing projects that encounter challenges meeting tight schedules, difficult reporting requirements or quality standards.
Role. After establishing expectations with your staff, we will produce core operational documents, such as work plans, MEL plans, capacity-building curricula, scopes of work and periodic reports. Our approach is to co-create these deliverables through in-person or virtual meetings with project staffers who have acquired applied knowledge.
Accountability.We are directly accountable to the organization that contracts us, but remain highly responsive to funders that will ultimately receive the outputs.
